Most advice around weight loss and health starts with non-specific generic dietary advice: a blind shot at what you should eat, based on absolutely nothing specific to your individual energy status.
Eivi starts somewhere else. It lets you see your immediate energy status, and it lets you see what is actually happening inside your body when you eat it: the effect of your food on your individual body.
That distinction is key.
For thirty years, Tony Martin has been working on a model for understanding energy in the body. For the last ten, he has been arguing for a science of metabolism built around a single governing metric: blood glucose. He was the first to identify it as the ‘fountainhead’ number that governs the body's energy system. That theory is no longer just a theory. It has now been tested by more than 15,000 people.
Eivi is the next generation of this science, put into action.
What Eivi is
Eivi (pronounced ee-vee) is a three-month metabolic health programme. You wear a continuous glucose monitor — six sensors across the programme, included — and it measures the effect on your metabolism of everything you do, from food and drink to sleep and exercise, as you go about an ordinary life.
You log what you eat by photographing it. The app shows you what each meal, each drink, each walk, each training session, each night's sleep actually did to your energy system.
Then the part that makes it a programme rather than a gadget: instant feedback and coaching, from Tony Martin and his team, on what to change and in what order.
Live HIT sessions. A private community of people doing the same thing at the same time.
So stop your guesswork, stop the ‘let’s try this and see’ approach.
What thousands of people describe, over and over, is not willpower, it’s understanding, it’s real change.
The feedback from people who have been through this process is: “Being able to ‘see’ my metabolism in real time has been such a huge help.” This visibility is a game-changer.

What came before
Eivi has a precursor. From 2021 to 2025, a project called Limbo, based on Tony Martin's 30-year hugely successful weight loss and conditioning protocols, ran on the same underlying system, and more than 15,000 people used it. The results were significant weight loss, sustained over time. More energy, better sleep, and easing of chronic conditions. Many people who had tried everything else, and had the painful history to prove it, found that this one held.
That’s important because Eivi is not launching on a hypothesis, it is launching on a method that has already been run at scale (2 billion data points), refined and reinforced by what was learned and by what continues to be learned.
Why Ireland only?
Limbo was globally broad (users in 82 countries). Eivi is deliberately narrower — Ireland, and only Ireland.
Focusing on one country means the guidance can be specific and live. From our vast experience, rolling out new systems and adding ‘tweaks’ at scale has big logistical considerations and will need measured navigation.
Running inside Ireland gives our members options to join sessions hosted by Tony himself rather than by a team scaled thin across time zones, plus schedule-appropriate access to live Q&A sessions.
Smaller, in this case, is the point.
The book
Tony's forthcoming book sets out the underlying model in full: the easier understanding of human metabolic biology, built on blood glucose data, that makes the programme possible. Eivi follows the methodology the book describes. If you want the reasoning before the programme, that is where it lives.
What happens next
Eivi opens in Ireland shortly. The waitlist is open now, and joining it is how you hear first.
If you have spent years being told what to eat and never once been shown why it did or didn't work for you — then this is the gap that Eivi has been built to close.
